Is having pets a good thing?

Would not having a pet today help increase resources or resolve inequitable living standards? It's true that we sometimes need to re-frame how we relate to pets today versus 100 years ago, and that some people shouldn't have pets (and some animals shouldn't become pets). But having a relationship with another animal, learning to communicate and interact with other animals, makes humans more humane.

it actually depends on the owner if it wants to spend money on their pets. but of course, if you really love your pet, you'd do things that would actually pleased them, right?

I do have a cat at home but we treat him as a member of our family. They are too friendly with the human being once they get close too you you will understand how deep feeling they have.

It totally depends on your personal liking for animals I like to have fish tank or kitten at home but not big pet like dog or cat. So i just have medium size fish tank and in that 6 different fish.
