I blew off work last Friday and visited a blue heron rookery that is located a short distance from my home here in British Columbia, Canada. I made this video to document my journey, and to celebrate earth day by remembering why it is that I do what I do. Yay Nature!

It is really a nice way to get in touch with nature. Even I do things like this cause it gives my mind a kind of peace and my heart intense happiness when I feel one with nature. That is one reason while I do it. :)

I like herons.I love the way they walk over the shallow water. The most unique thing about this bird is long neck like a spring.I have seen them at Kissimmee River.
